Sleep is personal, so we'd rather you decide in your own bed than trust a product page.

Take 30 nights with your smoothr set. Wash it, sleep in it, live with it. If it isn't the softest, coolest sleep you've had, we'll bring it home. No fuss, no fine print.

how it works
Email flora@smoothr.co within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid label, on us. Once your set is on its way back, your refund returns to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival. One trial set per home is all it takes to know.

more than one set?
Ordered a few? The trial covers your first set. Any additional sets simply come home unused and in their original packaging.

arrived less than perfect?
A flaw, the wrong set, anything amiss on arrival, just tell us the moment you notice and we'll make it right on the spot, anytime. That isn't a return. That's us keeping our word.

a note on love, gently given
Everyday life we expect: the wash, the wear, the nights. Damage beyond it, like pets, tears, or deep staining, falls outside the trial, so we can keep this promise generous for everyone.

The first 30 nights are ours to earn.
